Climate change and excessive resource consumption are among the greatest global challenges of our time. The building sector bears particular responsibility – it accounts for a significant proportion of resource and energy consumption and the associated CO2 emissions.

Therefore, in our Sustainability Strategy, we commit ourselves to the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations and align our business activities accordingly. In our sustainability report, we disclose which concrete measures we have implemented to protect the environment and resources.
Environment
Buildings, especially new ones, consume resources – we make them more efficient and future-proof.* As technical building systems specialists, we develop concepts for better energy efficiency and sustainability.** To make this contribution measurable, we have set clear environmental goals for ourselves – from reducing our emissions to more resource-efficient operations.
